It is our experience that most families select one of the following Packages. We realize that Packages and Service can be confusing. Please contact us for a clear understanding of pricing details and additional options. A. COMPLETE TRADITIONAL SERVICE This service includes: the services of the funeral director and staff, administrative staff and professional staff for coordinating and directing the service; obtaining legal documents and other paperwork necessary to complete the arrangements; removal of the deceased from the place of death to the Funeral Home, within a 25 mile radius; embalming and / or sanitary care of the remains; other preparation of the remains, dressing, casketing, cosmetizing; use of the facilities and staff for prior day visitation period; (3 hr. max.); use of the facilities for the service or set up at the church or other facility; funeral coach. This service does not include: merchandise selected such as casket, memorial register book; memorial service folders and acknowledgement cards, cemetery receptacle, clothing, hairdresser, family car, sundries or any cash advance items. B. GRAVESIDE SERVICE WITH LIMITED VISITATION AND LIMITED VEHICLES This service includes: the services of the funeral director and staff, administrative staff and professional staff for coordinating and directing the graveside service; obtaining legal documents and other paperwork necessary to complete the arrangements; removal of the deceased from the place of death to the Funeral Home, within a 25 mile radius; embalming and / or sanitary care of the remains; other preparation of the remains, dressing, casketing, cosmetizing and the use of the facilities for viewing period (up to 3 hrs. Noon - 5:00 pm on the day prior to the graveside service); transportation of deceased to cemetery. This service does not include: merchandise selected such as casket, memorial register book; memorial service folders and acknowledgement cards, cemetery receptacle, clothing, hairdresser, family car, sundries or any cash advance items.
C. SERVICE OF REMEMBRANCE
This service includes: the services of the funeral director and staff, administrative staff and professional staff for coordinating and directing the service; obtaining legal documents and other paperwork necessary to complete the arrangements; removal of the deceased from the place of death to the Funeral Home, within a 25 mile radius; sanitary care of the remains; use of the facilities for memorial service/ceremony or set up at the church or other facility; OSHA approved cremation container, transportation to crematory and crematory fee. This service does not include: embalming, other preparation of the remains, dressing, casketing, cosmetizing and hair care; refrigeration, viewing or use of facilities for viewing and merchandise such as cremation urn, memorial package, automotive equipment, cemetery tent and equipment rental or any cash advance items.
D. TRADITIONAL SERVICE / CREMATION TO FOLLOW
This service includes: the services of the funeral director and staff, administrative staff and professional staff for coordinating and directing the service; obtaining legal documents and other paperwork necessary to complete the arrangements; removal of the deceased from the place of death to the Funeral Home, within a 25 mile radius; embalming and / or sanitary care of the remains; other preparation of the remains, dressing, casketing, cosmetizing; Minimum Cremation Casket; use of the facilities and staff for visitation period; use of the facilities for the service following same day visitation period; automotive equipment necessary to conduct the service and transportation to crematory and crematory fee. This service does not include: merchandise or services selected such as other committal services, memorial register book, acknowledgement cards, clothing, hairdresser, sundries or any cash advance items. E. IMMEDIATE BURIAL This service includes: the basic services of the funeral director and administrative staff for obtaining and filing legal documents; removal of the deceased from the place of death to the Funeral Home, within a 25 mile radius; sanitary care of the remains and transportation of the deceased to the cemetery for burial. This service does not include: embalming or other preparation of the remains; viewing or other use of the facilities for visitation; funeral service or refrigeration. This service does not include: merchandise selected such as casket, memorial register, memorial folders, acknowledgement cards, cemetery charges, cemetery receptacle, clothing or cash advances.
F. DIRECT CREMATION
This service includes: the basic services of the funeral director and administrative staff for obtaining and filing legal documents; removal of the deceased from the place of death to the Funeral Home, within a 25 mile radius; 24 hr. care and custody of the remains; transportation of the deceased to the crematory and crematory fee. This service does not include: embalming or other preparation of the remains; refrigeration; viewing or other use of the facilities for viewing; funeral service or any merchandise selected such as cremation urn, memorial register book, memorial service folders or acknowledgement cards. If you want to arrange a direct cremation you can.use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of fiberboard or composition materials (with or without and outside covering). The containers we provide are OSHA approved. G. FORWARDING REMAINS TO ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME This service includes: the basic services of staff and administrative staff and use of basic facilities; obtaining legal documents and other paperwork necessary to complete the transfer; transferring the deceased from the place of death to the Funeral Home, within a 25 mile radius; embalming and/or other sanitary care of the remains. This service does not include: other preparation of the remains, dressing, casketing, cosmetizing and hair care; casket or alternative container; visitation or viewing; service; service merchandise; automotive equipment, except as specifically set forth above; transportation to the common carrier; cash advances; other funeral director charges; taxes or other additional services. H. RECEIVING REMAINS FROM ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME This service includes: the basic services of the funeral director and staff, administrative staff, transportation to local cemetery within a 25 mile radius. This service does not include: embalming or other preparation of the remains, dressing, casketing, cosmetizing and hair care; casket or alternative container; visitation or viewing; service; service merchandise; automotive equipment, except as specifically set forth above; cash advances; other funeral director charges; taxes or other additional services.
